Terms and conditions
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms describe use of s0nar.net and how we arrange access to s0nar labs data feeds, APIs and development services.
1. Scope and contact
This website is provided under the s0nar labs brand. Questions about these terms or a proposed service can be sent to info@s0nar.net.
These terms apply to the public website. A signed proposal, order or service agreement governs any paid engagement and takes priority over these website terms for that engagement. The contracting party is identified in that agreement. Browsing the website or requesting information does not create a subscription or a payment obligation.
2. Website and automated access
You may browse, link to and cite our public pages. Search engines and AI assistants may access and summarize public pages, subject to robots.txt, reasonable request rates and any access controls. This permission does not grant access to private feeds, customer data or restricted systems.
Do not disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, bypass authentication or rate limits, or impersonate another person. Automated API integrations are permitted within the access and usage limits agreed for your service.
3. Service scope and payment
Feed coverage, schemas, refresh intervals, available history, delivery methods, support, pricing and payment terms are specified in the relevant proposal or agreement. Samples and examples on this website illustrate a format or use case; they are not a promise of live availability or an agreed service level.
Any renewal, cancellation, refund or service-level commitment must be stated in your agreement. Website descriptions do not authorize recurring charges or replace those commitments.
4. Data use and ownership
Your agreement defines how you may use delivered data, including use in applications, retrieval systems or AI agents, and whether redistribution, resale or model training is permitted. Public availability of a source does not by itself grant unrestricted rights to its content. Any applicable source-specific conditions are part of the agreed delivery terms.
You retain ownership of materials you provide. Rights in custom software and project deliverables are defined in the project agreement. s0nar labs and its licensors retain their rights in the website, branding and pre-existing tools. Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
5. Your integration and credentials
Keep API keys and other credentials secure, restrict access to authorized users and contact us if you suspect misuse. Provide only information you are authorized to share.
Your application is responsible for checking timestamps, status fields and missing or delayed data before acting on a feed. You determine how outputs are used, including any automated decisions or actions. Market data and examples are informational and are not investment advice.
6. Availability and third-party sources
Sources can change their formats, delay publication, revise records or stop providing data. Unless a service agreement states otherwise, the public website and illustrative samples are provided as available, without a guarantee of completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular decision.
We may restrict access to address misuse or a security incident. Changes, suspension and termination of paid services are governed by the relevant agreement. Links to external websites do not imply endorsement, and their own terms apply.
7. Responsibility and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the public website or illustrative samples. Liability for paid services is addressed in the service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Please contact info@s0nar.net to raise a concern or dispute. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a particular court. Governing law and dispute arrangements for paid services are set out in the relevant agreement, subject to any mandatory protections.
8. Privacy and updates
Our Privacy notice explains how information is handled when you visit the site or contact us.
We may update these terms and will display the revised date here. Changes apply prospectively and do not amend a signed service agreement without following its amendment provisions.
